This is for the woman who’s just gotten out of a relationship or who hasn’t yet because it’s messy, tied up in shame, regret, guilt, or worse … feelings. It’s for those who find themselves at all kinds of crossroads in life, be it professional or personal. And lastly, it’s for those that are just plain ol’ fed up but too exhausted to know what to do next. 

Maybe it was the ex you kept going back to. Maybe it was your boss. Your best friend. A headache of a career. Horrible situations you’ve found yourself in or obligated to stay in. Maybe it was all a beautiful disaster and now your nervous system’s fried, your heart’s confused and your head’s screaming “What the actual fuck am I doing?”

I’m holding a one-day workshop that kicks off the deeper work I do with women who are ready to get painfully honest with themselves, to stop giving their best energy to unavailable people, careers or circumstances and start creating a life that feels like one they’ve designed themselves. 

It will be vulnerable. 
It will be uncomfortable. 
There’ll definitely be tears. 
You might laugh at the most inappropriate times. 
You’ll definitely get called out, but only ever in the most safe and most respectful way.

My personal and professional experiences qualify me for this day and yes, I’ll also be sharing A LOT. Think of this as a spiritual slap straight from the universe because it isn’t surface-level care.

This is better than therapy. It’s better than life coaching. It’s remembering who the hell you are and learning how to treat yourself like someone worth worshipping.
