For October 2025, I present "The Mindset Reset" Guided Meditation!  YAY!

Each month, I’ll be releasing a fresh series of guided meditations with a unique theme. These meditations are designed to gently guide, uplift, shift and change you but also release what no longer does and this is all from the comfort of your own home.

Here’s how it works!

 At the start of every month, a new round of meditations will be released.
 Only $50 for the complete monthly set 
 Depending on how many weeks in the month, there will be either 4 or 5 guided sessions
 You can choose to work through them weekly, or immerse yourself all at once.
 You’ll receive them via WeTransfer, with the option of audio-only, audiovisual, or both! 

You meditate in the way that feels best for you. 

No need to rush out after work or attend a circle in-person; this is a space where you and I can sit together virtually, heart-to-heart, as I guide you through meditations that have the power to genuinely transform your life.

My sessions are always positive, uplifting, rejuvenating, reassuring, auspicious and encouraging. Please also note, if you are late to your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled and you will incur the cost of another session.
